What you need

cinnamon stick

cup brown sugar

banana

cup water
Instructions
Mash bananas. Add mashed bananas, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, pinch of salt, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of water to a pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Add in the remaining 1/2 cup of water and simmer for another 15 minutes. Strain the syrup and set it in the fridge. Use in coffees and matchas.View original recipe
