A new favorite condiment featuring Grillo's pickles, perfect for putting on everything. This salsa verde combines charred tomatillos, onion, jalapeño, and garlic with fresh dill, cilantro, avocado, and a kick from pickle spears and juice.

cup cilantro

cup pickle juice

Instructions
Sear the 8 tomatillos, 1/2 white onion, 1 jalapeño, and 3 unpeeled garlic cloves on the stove in olive oil until charred. Once charred, add these ingredients to a blender along with 5 pickle spears, 1/4 cup pickle juice, 1/4 cup dill, 1/4 cup cilantro, the juice of 1/2 lime, 1 avocado, and salt to taste.
