DAAAAAAAANG. Overnight oats is forever and always my favorite grab and go breakfast. Spiced it up this time with a lil turmeric (most potent NATURAL anti-inflammatory on THE PLANET.) Hereโs the scoop: rolled oats, chia seeds, cashew milk, turmeric, pinch of black pepper (turmeric needs black pepper to activate in your blood), and pure maple syrup (soak all these overnight) @siggisdairy plain Greek yogurt, bloobs, and @dangfoods coconut chips ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ top with a lil honey if youโre feelin fancy ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ

What you need
cup plain greek yogurt

cup rolled oats

turmeric

cup cashew milk

oz chia seed

fl oz maple syrup

coconut
fresh blueberries

pinch black pepper
Instructions
In a container, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, cashew milk, turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, and pure maple syrup. Mix well and soak these ingredients overnight in the refrigerator.
