Sweet Potato and Avocado Brownies

What you need

cup dark chocolate chips

cup maple syrup

tsp fine sea salt
can sweet potato puree

tsp baking soda

avocado
cup cacao powder

tbsp coconut oil
egg

cup raw cashews
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients except for dark chocolate chips and crushed cashews to a food processor, blender, or use a hand mixer until well combined and smooth. 2. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 10 minutes. 3. Halfway through baking, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the dark chocolate chips and crushed cashews over the top. Return to the oven and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 4. Let cool slightly before serving.View original recipe
