Take a wonton wrapper and spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the center. 3. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water or pickle juice. 4. Seal the wonton wrapper to enclose the filling. 5. **For Air Frying:** Spray the sealed wontons with olive oil or avocado oil. Air fry at 390°F (199°C) for 6-8 minutes, checking halfway through for crispness and doneness. 6. **For Deep Frying (Alternative):** Fill a pot with vegetable oil and heat to 375°F (190°C). Carefully drop the wontons into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. 7.
