What you need
cup plain greek yogurt

oz vanilla protein powder

tsp spirulina

avocado

cup coconut

cup water

banana

cup cauliflower rice

cup almondmilk
Instructions
Combine frozen banana, frozen coconut or mango, frozen cauli rice, avocado (if using), blue spirulina, vanilla protein, nut mylk, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
