The easiest, most refreshing summertime treat. Made with minimal, simple ingredients like maple syrup, frozen fruit, and cashew milk. So simple and a great healthy option for kiddos during summer!

What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

oz pistachio nuts

cup cashew milk

banana

cup mango
Instructions
In a food processor, add your frozen mango and frozen banana, 1/4c of your cashew milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and lime juice. Blend on low for 1 minute, stop to stir. (Repeat this process a few times), add in the remainder of your cashew milk as it is blending. Repeat that process until it is completely smooth.
