Prepare pancake shells: Combine 1 cup pancake mix, 3/4 cup water, and 1/2 scrambled egg to make three pancakes (or follow your pancake mix instructions). Cook the pancakes, then once done, roll them out with a rolling pin to flatten them slightly into taco shell shapes. Scramble 3 eggs and mix with cheddar cheese. Cook bacon strips until crispy (1-2 strips per taco). Cook 1/2 cup hash browns. Assemble the tacos by filling each pancake shell with scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns.
