Tuscan Kale & Cannellini Bean Soup

What you need

lb ground turkey

cup white onion

tsp table salt
cup mushrooms

fl oz lemon juice

can fire roasted tomatoes

can canned white cannellini beans

tbsp seasoning blend

cup broccoli
bunch kale

clove garlic clove

cup corn

cup vegetable broth

cup carrot
Instructions
In a large pot, start with sautéing your veggies on high to brown them up, you may have to do them in a couple different batches to avoid them getting mushy. Once all veggies are browned, put into a bowl & set aside. Add ground turkey to the pot and brown, add garlic and 2 of the 4 tbsp of Tuscan seasoning. Add back in veggies, canned tomatoes, cannellini beans, roasted corn, veggie broth, salt, lemon juice, and the other 2 tbsp of Tuscan seasoning. Add pepper to your liking!View original recipe
