tsp pumpkin pie spice

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp pumpkin puree

cup dairy free milk

tsp vanilla extract

cup water

tbsp instant coffee granules
Instructions
Combine the dairy-free milk, pure maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and puréed pumpkin. Blend or shake until well combined. In a separate glass, mix 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite coffee concentrate (like Jot) with 1/2 cup of water. Fill the glass with ice. Pour the prepared pumpkin mylk mixture over the coffee and ice.
