TURMERIC & BUFFALO ROASTED CAULI WITH GREEK YOGURT "RANCH" DIP

What you need

tsp black pepper
tsp salt

head cauliflower

tsp onion powder

lemon

tsp garlic powder

splash water

tsp turmeric powder
tbsp fresh dill

cup plain greek yogurt

tbsp unsalted butter

cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
Cut cauliflower into florets & put into a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil & 1/2c buffalo sauce. Spread onto baking sheet & bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Make the dip by adding all the ingredients into a bowl and mixing together. Set in the fridge until cauli is ready. Melt 2 tbsp of butter on low heat, once melted stir in turmeric & black pepper, set aside. Once 10 mins is up on the cauliflower, take out of the oven and stir, return back to oven for another 10 minutes. Remove cauli from oven and put back into large bowl and add remainder of buffalo sauce & butter/turmeric mix- mix well. Add back to oven for 5 more minutes on medium broil. Remove, let cool for 5 mintues, add salt & garlic powder to taste. Can be served hot or cold!View original recipe
