bunch tortilla chips

cup cotija cheese

tbsp fresh dill

tsp lime zest

tbsp green onion

cup fresh cilantro

tsp garlic powder

tsp lime juice

romaine hearts

tsp onion powder
cob corn

cup fresh tomatoes
Instructions
FOR THE DRESSING: Combine Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, fresh dill, salt, water, green onions, jalapeño slices, lime zest, and honey in a blender or use an immersion blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside in the fridge until the salad is assembled. FOR THE SALAD: Chop the romaine hearts and cilantro. Halve or quarter the tomatoes depending on their size. Dice the small avocado. Shuck the corn on the cob. Chop the remaining green onions. Crumble the cotija cheese. Crush the tortilla chips or chips of choice. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared salad ingredients. Drizzle with the chilled dressing just before serving.
