A super simple way to add lots of flavor to your dishes. Keep these in your fridge at all times - grate them on steak, sandwiches, salads, whatever your lil heart desires.

What you need

3 egg yolk
Instructions
Pour a good amount of Herbes de Provence sea salt, about ½ inch thick. Using a tablespoon, create wells for your yolks. Carefully separate your egg yolks from the whites and gently set into the wells. Cover the yolks with a good amount of your salt until you cannot see the yolks anymore, and set in the fridge for 4-5 days. Carefully dig your yolks out and gently rinse off excess salt under water. On a drying rack with parchment paper, bake at the lowest heat setting on your oven (175ish) for 1 hour. Let cool fully.
