What you need
tbsp cacao powder

tsp ground cinnamon

cup plain yogurt

vanilla protein powder

tbsp maple syrup

cup rolled oats

cup milk
Instructions
For the oats mixture: Combine rolled oats, 3 tablespoons raw cacao, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup brewed coffee (or cold brew), and 1/2 cup milk in a Tupperware. Mix well and store in the fridge for at least 5 hours, or preferably overnight. For the creamy mixture: In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Mix until smooth. To serve: Layer the chilled oats mixture with the creamy mixture in a bowl (put a layer of oats down, followed by cream, then oats, then cream again).
