What you need

tbsp red curry paste

cup coconut milk

fl oz cooking oil

tbsp soy sauce

pinch sesame seed

lemongrass

tbsp white miso

tbsp creamy peanut butter

tbsp Hot Honey

cup chicken broth

tsp fresh ginger

tsp fish sauce

clove garlic clove

tsp brown sugar

tsp turmeric

tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
FOR THE MEATBALLS: 1. Sear meatballs in oil in a pan until golden brown. 2. Lower heat and add in soy sauce and hot honey. 3. Toss and let the sauce reduce until the meatballs are glazed. 4. Remove from heat entirely and add in sesame seeds. FOR THE BROTH: 1. Add oil to a medium-heated pot. 2. Add in garlic, ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass and saute until aromatic. 3. Add in chicken or beef broth and coconut milk and let simmer. 4. Add in white miso paste, peanut butter, red curry paste, toasted sesame oil, fish sauce, and brown sugar. 5. Whisk until all ingredients are smoothed out. 6. Simmer on low for 15 minutes, covered. TO SERVE: 1. Cook your favorite ramen noodles according to package directions. 2. Serve noodles in a low bowl. 3. Pour the prepared broth over the noodles. 4. Add the glazed meatballs and any desired toppings such as soft boiled eggs, cilantro, fried shallots, lime, mushrooms, bok choy, green onions, and chili oil. Enjoy!View original recipe
