Veggie Potsticker Bowl with Brussel Sprout Fried Rice

An easy, delicious, vegan, and cheap one-pan meal featuring Trader Joe's ingredients. This recipe combines pan-fried veggie potstickers with a fried rice base made from shaved brussel sprouts and frozen brown rice, all seasoned with Soyaki sauce.

What you need

fl oz soy sauce

fl oz sriracha

bunch green onion

cup brown rice

bunch brussel sprouts

cup water
Instructions
Sauté 3/4 of the bag of shaved brussel sprouts on the stove with olive oil for 3-4 minutes until browned. Add in 3/4 bag of frozen brown rice and cook for 5 minutes. Add in 1/2 cup of soyaki sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes. Set aside. In the same pan, add 3/4 cup water and add in your desired amount of potstickers. Cover with a lid and steam for 3-4 minutes. Uncover and add a drizzle of oil to crisp up the potstickers. Using tongs, flip your potstickers to brown the other sides. In a bowl, assemble with the brussel sprout and brown rice mixture, the potstickers, and top with green onions, sriracha, and soy sauce to taste. Enjoy!View original recipe
