Upleveled Cozy Ramen
Serves 110 mins prep10 mins cook
Easily top 3 coziest meals of all time, and adding a soft-boiled egg instantly makes a dish feel fancier. I choose Heritage Eggs by @happyeggco because of how brightly colored their yolks are, which leads to a much better flavored dish. This comes together in about 20 minutes, it’s so easy, delicious, and COZZZZYYYY.

What you need

tsp fish sauce

splash chili oil

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

oz shiitake mushrooms
cup bok choy

tbsp sesame oil

tsp soy sauce

tsp ground ginger
cup broth

ramen noodles

tbsp chili sauce

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp garlic

egg
Instructions
In a saucepan, add in your broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, and miso paste. Bring to a boil and add your mushrooms, bok choy, and submerge 1 Heritage Egg. Cover and lightly boil for 7 minutes. In the meantime, add mayo, 1 cracked Heritage Egg, and chili sauce to a small bowl and whisk well to combine. After 7 minutes, remove the boiled Heritage Egg and submerge in ice water for 1 minute (no longer). Take your pack of ramen noodles, set into your broth, and cover (heat off). Pour ½ cup of broth into your mayo/egg mixture to temper your egg (to avoid it cooking when you pour it into the broth). Mix well. Pour mixture into your broth and mix. Serve in a large bowl, top with a soft-boiled Heritage Egg, chili oil, and green onions.View original recipe
