Pizza Rollups

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle a little flour on your surface, and roll out your dough sheet and take a rolling pin to flatten it out into a rectangular shape. Spread a thin layer of pesto throughout, and then pizza sauce on top. Top with your chopped pepperonis and freshly grated mozzarella. Roll it up gently and slice (about 1-inch thick) rolls and place into a greased cast iron skillet or baking dish. Top with a little bit more mozzarella cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes (you want them golden brown). Remove from oven and top with freshly grated parmesan, hot honey drizzle and fresh basil. Dip in ranch or hot sauce! ENJOY!
