What you need

bunch green onion

tsp baking powder

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp ginger

clove garlic clove

tsp garlic powder
tsp salt

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp water
wings

cup honey

tbsp olive oil
cup gochujang

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes. 2. Lay the chicken wings on paper towels and pat them very dry. The dryer the wings, the crispier they will become. 3. In a bowl, add the dried wings along with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the wings are completely coated. 4. Place the coated wings in the preheated air fryer, ensuring they are not touching or overlapping. 5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Flip the wings and air fry again at 400°F (200°C) for another 10 minutes. Continue to air fry in 5-minute increments until the wings are browned and crispy, as air fryer models vary. 6. While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a large bowl, combine 2 tbsp olive oil, 0.25 cup honey, 0.25 cup gochujang, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 large minced garlic clove, 0.5 tbsp minced/grated ginger, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, and 2 tbsp water. Whisk everything together until well combined. 7. Once the wings are done, transfer them to a cooling rack to dry slightly and crisp up further. 8. Toss the crispy wings in the prepared honey + gochujang sauce until evenly coated. 9. Arrange the sauced wings on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for topping.
