What you need

tbsp maple syrup

cup filtered water

cup pistachio nuts
Instructions
Boil your nuts for 15 minutes to soften them. Strain and rinse. Add to a blender with maple syrup, salt, and water. Blend on high for 1 minute. Use a cheesecloth or nut milk bag to strain the milk into a large bowl. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge (keeps for about 5 days).View original recipe
