What you need

tsp red chili flakes

bread

bunch cilantro

cup harissa

tbsp butter

pinch baking soda

clove garlic clove

oz feta

cup water

can butter beans
oz plain greek yogurt

fl oz extravirgin olive oil

Instructions
Thinly slice your white onions and add to a large pan on low heat with a tbsp of butter, about 1/4 cup water, and a LITTLE pinch of baking soda. Stir this and cover for 10 mins. The baking soda will help caramelize onions faster. This process takes time and patience, stir every so often, add more butter, and you want your onions jammy and caramelized. Add greek yogurt, feta, garlic, and cilantro to a food processor and blend until smooth. Set in the fridge. Break up some bread and drizzle with olive oil and salt, bake at 400 until golden brown. Once onions are caramelized, add butter beans and harissa and a pinch of salt. Serve your whipped feta in a low bowl and top with onions + beans, fresh cilantro, drizzle of oil, and red chili flakes (optional). Serve with crusty bread, enjoy!View original recipe
