pepper

tsp red pepper flake

slice turkey bacon
cup mushrooms

cup cottage cheese

bunch green onion

oz egg white
Instructions
Turn your heat on to medium and let your pan heat up for 90 seconds. Sauté your mushrooms and turkey bacon on medium heat until browned. Add in your egg whites and let sit. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Top with cottage cheese and let finish cooking. Once your egg whites are set, add in a handful of sprouts or chopped green onions.
