What you need
tsp salt

cup white onion

oz feta

cup harissa

tsp coriander

tsp paprika

bunch dill weed

tbsp chili powder

french bread

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp ground cumin

clove garlic clove

cup red bell pepper
egg
Instructions
In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat. Once hot, add in your chopped onion and red bell pepper. Saute for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add in 1 clove of minced garlic and all of your spices. Mix well. Add in your tomatoes, crushing them with your hands as you add, and add the juice too! Add in harrisa and stir, let simmer for 5-8 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Create wells and crack eggs on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes until eggs are set. You want the whites cooked but yolks still a bit runny. Heat a french bread loaf in the oven and use for dipping. Top with crumbled feta and herbs of your choice! Enjoy!View original recipe
