Drain out the pickle juice from your Grillo's pickles (save the juice for other uses!). Pat the pickles very dry with a paper towel; the dryer they are, the crispier they will become. Lay the patted dry pickles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with any seasonings you may want (you do not need salt). Bake at 225°F for about 3-4 hours, flipping them every hour. Every oven is different, so they may take longer or shorter; simply take them out when they are crispy. Dip these in ranch or hummus or enjoy them by themselves.View original recipe
