What you need

cup shredded coconut

tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt

tbsp chia seed

cup rolled oats

tsp cinnamon

tbsp olive oil

tbsp arrowroot flour

cup raw cashews
tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl add in your oats, crushed cashews, coconut, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, flour, and salt. Mix well. Add in your liquids - maple syrup, olive oil, and vanilla. Mix well. Add onto a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper and flatten out into a rectangle (make sure it is EVEN, especially along the edges. Otherwise your edges will burn and your middle won’t be crispy). You want it like 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 35-45 minutes (depending on your oven. Granola should be golden brown and crispy). Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before placing into the freezer immediately for 30 minutes. This is how you get CLUSTERS. Store in a Tupperware or large mason jar in the FRIDGE to help hold its shape and stay crispyyy. Serve on top of a smoothie or yogurt bowl or just snack on it. Enjoy!View original recipe
