fl oz olive oil cooking spray

tsp dill pickle juice

tbsp mayo

sweet potato

cup romaine lettuce

lb ground beef

tsp ketchup

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp dill pickle

red onion

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together all of your Big Mac sauce ingredients, and set aside for later. For sweet potato fries: If using an air fryer, spray with olive oil, season with salt & pepper, then air fry at 390°F for 10 minutes, shaking them every few minutes. If using an oven, bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until browned, spraying with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper. Brown your ground beef in a large skillet with salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce until fully cooked. Slice your tomatoes, pickles (if using extra), and onion. Shred your block of cheese. To assemble, put your romaine lettuce in a low bowl, then top with the cooked ground beef, sliced tomatoes, onion, shredded cheese, and don’t forget the sweet potato fries! Drizzle generously with your Big Mac sauce. ENJOY!View original recipe
