BEST BITE NACHOS !!!! Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, worse than a naked nacho chip. We need to change this. NO CHIP LEFT BEHIND. These scoop nachos are the best chip from the nacho mountain Every. Single. Time. I used the classic @tostitos scoops for this (it’s the superior chip sorry), shredded chicken with roasted tomatoes & @sietefoods taco seasoning, pan fried corn & beans, a lil chunk of sharp cheddar (@tillamook) spicy sour cream (I used @fage Greek yogurt, @tapatiohotsauce, garlic salt, and a little water) salsa (pick your fav), and a lil jalapeño. fill the scoops with your chicken mix, corn & beans, and cheddar, bake at 350 for 10 mins til the cheese is melted. Remove and top with spicy sour cream, salsa, and jalapeño if you’re spicy. Could also do a lil avocado chunk too if you’ve got room in your scoop ❤️ perfect for a solo night in or a party app, lol do your thang.
