What you need

tsp red pepper flake
cup mushrooms

cup broccoli florets

cup red bell pepper
tsp salt & pepper

clove garlic clove

tbsp plain greek yogurt

tsp ground mustard

splash oat milk

cup sweet onion

tbsp ghee

box macaroni & cheese dinner
Instructions
1. Sauté chopped mushrooms, broccoli, red pepper, and onion (all 1/2 cup) with 1 clove of garlic and a drizzle of olive oil until slightly browned. 2. Start your mac and cheese: boil water and cook the Banza pasta according to package directions. 3. Once the pasta is done, strain it and return it to the pan. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee, butter, or vegan butter, 3 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free plain yogurt, a splash of oat milk, the cheese packet from the Banza mac, 1/4 teaspoon of dry ground mustard, and a little salt and pepper. 5.
