The perfectly sweet and spicy chicken wing. A great appetizer or part of a dinner to serve with rice and vegetables. Gochujang is a fermented Korean chili paste that packs a ton of flavor and is great in marinades, sauces, and dressings.
What you need
wings

tsp baking powder
tsp salt

tsp black peppercorn

tsp garlic powder

cup honey
cup gochujang

tbsp soy sauce
garlic

tbsp ginger

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp water
sesame seed
Instructions
0 Heat air fryer at 400 for a few minutes to heat up. 1 Lay your wings on paper towns and pat *really dry*. The dryer the wing, the crispier she’ll get. Add your wings to a bowl and add in olive oil, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, mix well so they’re completely coated. 2 Add to air fryer (make sure they’re not touching each other or overlapping). Air fry at 400 for 10 minutes, flip and air fry again at 400 for 10 minutes. 3 Every air fryer is going to be different, so continue to do this in 5 minute increments until wings are browned and crispy. 4 While wings are frying, make your sauce - combine olive oil, honey, gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and water to a large bowl and whisk together. 5 When wings are done, put onto a cooling rack to dry a bit and crisp up. Toss in your honey + gochujang sauce. Place onto a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!View original recipe
