What you need

cashew milk
brown egg

banana
cup light-brown sugar

sweet butter
Instructions
Melt butter on the stove and mix with your brown sugar (this should be like a wet sand texture). Set aside. Make your pancake mix per the directions on the back (I used 2.5c mix, 1.5c mylk, 2 eggs). Preheat your oven to 375, put sheet pan in the oven to heat up. Slice your bananas the long way so you have long strips, set aside. Once your mix is ready, remove your sheet pan and take a stick of dairy free butter and grease up the pan. Edges too! Pour your mix onto the pan, sprinkle your brown sugar mixture and swirl in, lay bananas throughout. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until batter is set and edges are golden brown.
