A super quick and easy staple over here that is PACKED with protein. You can also serve this on bread for a tuna sandy or melt some cheese on top for a tuna melt (my fav)

Combine the tuna, Greek yogurt, yellow mustard, chopped celery, red or white onion, chopped dill pickle, fresh dill, pickle juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Serve over greens with cherry tomatoes and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy with crackers for crunch and dipping.
