One of my all-time favorite one-pan dishes, shakshuka, just got even easier! This dish is simple, uses minimal ingredients, and is so flavorful. Using GreenPan’s new Spectra Collection—powered by innovative Thermobond technology—gives you the ease of a non-stick pan with the performance of chef’s choice stainless steel.

In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat. Once hot, add in your chopped onion and red bell pepper. Saute for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add in 1 clove of minced garlic and all of your spices. Mix well. Add in your tomatoes, crushing them with your hands as you add, and add the juice too! Add in harrisa and stir, let simmer for 5-8 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Create wells and crack eggs on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes until eggs are set. You want the whites cooked but yolks still a bit runny. Heat a french bread loaf in the oven and use for dipping. Top with crumbled feta and herbs of your choice! Enjoy!
