Easily top 3 coziest meals of all time, and adding a soft-boiled egg instantly makes a dish feel fancier. I choose Heritage Eggs by @happyeggco because of how brightly colored their yolks are, which leads to a much better flavored dish. This comes together in about 20 minutes, it’s so easy, delicious, and COZZZZYYYY.

In a saucepan, add in your broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, and miso paste. Bring to a boil and add your mushrooms, bok choy, and submerge 1 Heritage Egg. Cover and lightly boil for 7 minutes. In the meantime, add mayo, 1 cracked Heritage Egg, and chili sauce to a small bowl and whisk well to combine. After 7 minutes, remove the boiled Heritage Egg and submerge in ice water for 1 minute (no longer). Take your pack of ramen noodles, set into your broth, and cover (heat off). Pour ½ cup of broth into your mayo/egg mixture to temper your egg (to avoid it cooking when you pour it into the broth). Mix well. Pour mixture into your broth and mix. Serve in a large bowl, top with a soft-boiled Heritage Egg, chili oil, and green onions.
