DAAAAAAAANG. Overnight oats is forever and always my favorite grab and go breakfast. Spiced it up this time with a lil turmeric (most potent NATURAL anti-inflammatory on THE PLANET.) Here’s the scoop: rolled oats, chia seeds, cashew milk, turmeric, pinch of black pepper (turmeric needs black pepper to activate in your blood), and pure maple syrup (soak all these overnight) @siggisdairy plain Greek yogurt, bloobs, and @dangfoods coconut chips 👏🏼👏🏼 top with a lil honey if you’re feelin fancy 🙋🏼♀️

In a container, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, cashew milk, turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, and pure maple syrup. Mix well and soak these ingredients overnight in the refrigerator. The next morning, top the oats with plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, and coconut chips. Add a little honey if you are feeling fancy.
