Combine frozen banana, frozen coconut or mango, frozen cauli rice, avocado (if using), blue spirulina, vanilla protein, nut mylk, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add small dollops of plain Greek yogurt to your cup with a spoon, then pour in the blue smoothie. Top with bee pollen if desired. Enjoy!
