We all know the holidays can get a BIT chaotic with all the cooking, so this is a great, easy, and delicious option to whip up to ease the holiday stress.

Boil a pot of water (add a big pinch of salt) and boil your linguine to al dente (about 9 minutes). Preheat your oven to 350°. Strain out your pasta and put into an oven safe dish. Add your creamy Genovese pesto, peas, and arugula then mix well. Put into the oven for 15 minutes (this is to wilt the arugula, combine the flavors of the pesto into the pasta and to warm up your frozen peas). Remove from the oven and top with red pepper flakes and enjoy!!
