is this essentially a turnover? If not, what are we calling this thing? I don’t bake but when I *do* it’s something as easy as this. All you need is 7 things and it comes together so so quickly.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle honey down in about a 2x3.5 inch square. Maybe about 2 tbsp?? Layer about 6-8 apple slices on top of the honey. Drizzle with another light layer of honey and sprinkle with cinnamon (don’t be shy). Cut your puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles and lay them on top of your apples. Seal the edges to the parchment paper and press gently on the apples to make sure they stick. Rub with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before flipping. Flip over and top with powdered sugar and more cinnamon. Put a big ol scoop of vanilla ice cream and ENJOY!
