In a large pot, start with sautéing your veggies on high to brown them up, you may have to do them in a couple different batches to avoid them getting mushy. Once all veggies are browned, put into a bowl & set aside. Add ground turkey to the pot and brown, add garlic and 2 of the 4 tbsp of Tuscan seasoning. Add back in veggies, canned tomatoes, cannellini beans, roasted corn, veggie broth, salt, lemon juice, and the other 2 tbsp of Tuscan seasoning. Add pepper to your liking!
