This was earth shattering. Such a good lil summer appetizer, definitely ate the entire thing for lunch 🙃 slow roasted cherry tomatoes are so mf’n goooooood. They take on a entirely new flavor profile - real good on avocado toast, in an egg scrambles, salads, etc. etc. such a versatile lil tomato 🥰

Chop cherry tomatoes in half and lay face up on a sheet pan with 3 cloves of garlic spread throughout. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 225°F for 2 hours. Once done baking, break up your block of feta into a food processor, add 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3/4c plain Greek yogurt, and the 3 roasted garlic cloves. Blend on high until fully mixed. In a medium bowl, add your roasted tomatoes and toss with 1/4c chopped dill and a drizzle of olive oil. Pour whipped feta into a bowl and top with tomatoes & drizzle with olive oil again. Serve with warm bread and go off. Enjoy hunnies ☀️
