This is the perfect back to school snack to make ahead for the kiddos to have for the week. It can be made dairy-free and gluten-free by using dairy-free yogurt and oat milk.

Combine your dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl (oat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) mix well and set aside. In another large bowl, mix your wet ingredients - yogurt, milk, mashed banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, jelly, and egg. Whisk together until fully combined. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and fold in with a spatula (avoid whisking this because it will create bubbles and bake oddly). Cover with a towel and let sit for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover and give a quick stir. Pour into a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes. Add dollops of PB & J and swirl together. Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into bars and serve!
