OATMEAL CHIA COOKIES. -1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds -1/4c nut milk *combine, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes to make chia pudding* -2 ripe bananas, mashed -3/4c rolled oats -1/4c unsweetened shredded coconut -1/4c chopped medjool dates -1/4c dark choco chips -1 tbsp nut butter -1 liberal pinch of cinnamon Pour chia pudding, bananas, oats, coconut, nut butter, and cinnamon in a bowl and combine. Stir in dates and choco Makes literally how ever many cookies you want, could be one giant cookie, idc. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes! 💕

In a separate bowl, pour the prepared chia pudding, 2 mashed ripe bananas, 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 tbsp nut butter, and 1 liberal pinch of cinnamon. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped medjool dates and 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
