Been making this sweet quinoa breakfast bowl with @hukitchen cashew butter + vanilla bean dark chocolate bar for yearrrrs - a go-to when i’m craving something a little sweeter & indulgent in the morning.

Rinse your quinoa and place in a small sauce pan with 2 cups of milk of choice, add in a pinch of salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add in 1 tablespoon of butter and stir, lower to a simmer and cover until liquid is absorbed (about 10 minutes). In a saute pan, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Slice your banana and place face down once the pan is hot. Caramelize for about 3 minutes until golden brown, then remove from pan and set aside. Assemble your bowl: add your cooked quinoa, caramelized bananas, granola, blueberries, Hu Kitchen chocolate bar (broken into pieces), maple syrup, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
