BIG SUNDAY MOOD. 3-INGREDIENT BANANA OAT PANCAKES. Drench them in butter & maple syrup or gtfo. I needed some nut milk for this recipe and I was all out so I used @addjoi to quickly make some at home. It’s TOO DANG easy.

Blend 1 cup of rolled oats to make oat flour (or use pre-made oat flour). Mash 1 banana. Combine the oat flour, mashed banana, 2/3 cup milk of choice (such as cashew or oat milk), and a pinch of cinnamon to form a batter. Heat avocado oil or butter in a pan on low-medium heat until hot. Scoop spoonfuls of batter into the hot pan. Cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook until browned on the other side (they will brown faster due to the sugar in the banana). Serve immediately and top with desired ingredients such as hemp seeds, blueberries, maple syrup, granola, yogurt, or more bananas. Enjoy!
