The perfect appetizer, featuring goat cheese, caramelized onions, figs, arugula, bacon, and balsamic glaze on your favorite pizza crust. This recipe uses Banza pizza crust but any crust will do for this elite flavor combo.

1. Cook your favorite pizza crust (premade or make your own) about 90% through according to its package directions. Set aside. 2. In a separate pan, cook 3 slices of bacon until crispy. Remove, chop, and set aside. 3. Chop 1/2 onion into thin slices. In a pan, cook the onion on LOW heat with 2 tbsp of butter to caramelize. Be patient as this process takes time. Remove once soft and caramelized. 4. Once the crust is almost cooked, remove it from the oven. Spread goat cheese evenly over the crust. 5. Add sliced figs, chopped bacon, and caramelized onions on top of the goat cheese. 6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for the remainder of the time, or until the toppings are warmed through and the crust is golden. 7. Once ready to serve, top with fresh arugula and drizzle with reduced balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
